User Account: We collect and store your email address solely for the purpose of creating and managing your Application account. Your email address is used to provide you access to the Application's features and services.2.2. Payment Processing: Payment for the Application's services is processed through Stripe. The Application does not store any payment information. All payment-related data is securely processed and managed by Stripe. We do not have access to, collect, or store any sensitive payment information.3. Data Sharing3.1. Third Parties: The Application does not sell, share, or transfer your user information to any third-party organizations for marketing, advertising, or any other commercial purposes.4. Security4.1. Data Protection: We take reasonable measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes using industry-standard security technologies and procedures.5. User Rights5.1. 1. Usage and Acceptance1.1. This document outlines an agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and GOM Planner Chrome Extension ("Extension").1.2. By installing and using the Extension, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.1.3. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Extension.2. User Data and Privacy2.1. The Extension does not store any user data on GOM Planner's servers.2.2. The Extension may use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data for the purpose of improving user experience and functionality. No personally identifiable information is collected, stored, or shared.2.3. For payment processing, the Extension utilizes Stripe and ExtensionPay. Any payment-related data is securely processed and managed by these third-party providers. The Extension does not store or have access to sensitive payment information.3. Intellectual Property3.1. The Extension and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by or licensed to the Extension and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.3.2. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any part of the Extension without the prior written consent of the Extension's managing members.4. Limitation of Liability4.1. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use of the Extension.4.2. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Extension at any time without notice or liability.5.2. CANCELLATIONYou can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us using the contact information provided below.
